Can you service my tyre changer?

We can provide tyre equipment servicing on all brands, but we can only offer repairs and replacement parts on equipment that we can source the required parts for. Many cheap budget manufacturers do not have reliable parts providers as such we can only offer remedial servicing on these brands.

Please contact us and we can advise you on what we can do for your equipment.

What area do you cover?

Our general service area is within a two hour (roughly 75 – 100 miles) radius depending on the drive route. However if you are particularity stuck we may be able to attend for an increased callout charge, or we may have associate engineer or engineering company that covers your area. Please contact us as we can get some help arranged for you.

Will you install machinery and equipment?

All capitol equipment supplied by us (such as tyre changers, wheel balancers, air compressors and vehicle ramps) are delivered, installed and commissioned by our own engineers and half an hours worth of product training is provided as part of the price. Any additional training that is required can be provided at an hourly charge.

We can also install and commission equipment provided by other suppliers, however any parts required that have not been supplied with the equipment that results in us not being able to complete the job, will still be chargeable OR additional charges may be incurred if we supply parts to complete the task.

How quickly do you deliver?

We endeavour to process and ship any orders received between Monday – Thursday (8.00am – 4.00pm) on a next day delivery via courier

Any orders received after 4.30pm on Thursday will be delivered from the following Monday (we are closed on Saturday and Sunday)

I placed an order but it was cancelled, Why?

Due to the nature of our business there may be times when we have items listed on our website as being “in stock” however as we have an active sales counter within our showroom, a busy e-commerce website as well as mobile engineers and sales staff carrying and delivering stock on a daily basis, from time to time there are overlaps in stock levels.

If this happens we will contact you to ask if you wish to wait while we replenish stocks, however if the item has gone on back order or discontinued we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

Which is the best make of ....... ? and which brand would you recommend?

In all honesty there is no best brand of anything, tyre equipment or otherwise, but this is a question we are asked on a daily basis.

We choose all our equipment suppliers not only by their overall build quality but also by the availability of replacement parts and the level of warranty services provided.

Obviously there are the market leaders of any product but it is the backup support and replacement parts availability which is far more important. Just ask NASA they spent billions on shuttles, satellites, telescopes and rockets and they still went wrong, malfunctioned or simply never worked.

Any equipment regardless of quality and cost will ultimately fail at some point (it’s the nature of mechanical equipment) and although the top manufactures will produce items that fail less, ultimately a broken piece of equipment that you cant get parts for or have to wait weeks on end to get an engineer out to repair is just an expensive paper weight that is costing your business in downtime and lost efficiency.
