Teco Nitrogen generators are fast becoming the normality for tyre service garages and tyre bays. Nitrogen filled tyres have many benefits including less air loss for the same given time span and the reduction of corrosion to the wheels and TPMS valves and sensors.

The teco SA301 Nitrogen Generator has a capacity of 18,0 Nm³/h (18.000 lit/h), and is designed for the professional inflation of truck, bus, earth moving machine and car tyres, designed to continuously transform compressed air into nitrogen

It is equipped with an high efficiency double filtering system to protect the separation membrane with an air contamination indicator announces the eventual filter saturation through a color change system. It also has a wheeled cabinet making it ideal for Multibay use or can be connected to a dedicated airline system and storage tank.

The Teco nitrogen generators produces nitrogen by separating compressed air through membrane filters. This membrane separates oxygen molecules from the nitrogen ones. At the generator outlet the nitrogen purity is 95%.

To obtain a good starting level of nitrogen purity, the entering compressed air goes through an oil-separating filter in order to retain solid and oil particles up to 0.01 micron. After that the air passes through an activated carbon filter to eliminate any trace of vapour from the gas.
