Tyre Machine Motorcycle / ATV Adaptors are designed to fit on tyre machines that have concentric clamping tyre machines.
Most motorcycle and ATV wheels are not able to be clamaped onto passenger car type tyre changer models due to their size compared to the tyre machines jaw thickness, jaw shape design or clamping size capacities, and would generally require a dedicated Motorcyle Tyre Changer.
The jaw adaptors allow for motorcycle wheels to be clamped onto standard passenger vehicle tyre changers via a thinner jaw profile as well as a flat jaw slide profile, they also allow for any brake rotors to sit between the jaws and not foul the turntable surfaces.
Tyre Machine Motorcycle / ATV Adaptors are a great option if you only fit motorcycle and ATV tyres on an irregular basis. If you tend to fit motorcycle and ATV tyres more often or even on a daily basis the we would recomend the Uni-Clamp instead as it is easier and more flexible to setup.
