Teco 680 Digital Wheel Balancer

The Teco 680 Mid-Range monitor wheel balancer designed by Teco. Complete with a colour LCD display panel. Designed for working on car, van and light commercial as well as motorcycle wheels (using specific optional accessories). This wheel balancer has a maximum weight of 75 Kg (165 lbs). Suitable for high volume environments found such as busy garages and professional tyre bays.

The motorised balancing cycle on the Teco 680 wheel balancer is started by lowering the wheel guard.

Where space is at a premium, the Teco 680 is available without the wheel guard. A secondary safety switch is installed to the side of the machine and wheel guard removed.

Operational programs:

• 7 ALU programs dedicated to alloy rims.
• 3 motorcycle balancing programs.
• “Hidden weight” program for alloy rims.
• “Opt” program, to identify the best coupling between rim and tyre thus reducing the overall running noise levels.
• “Shift plane” and “Bike wheel split” programs for alloy rims.

The Teco 680 comes as standard with a 3 cone kit (diameter 40-111 mm), quick release nut, pliers and wheel gauge calliper.

The Teco 680 can be upgraded further with the addition of a sonar sensor to allow for precise measurement of the width of the wheel.
